Jane Jensen's Northern Virginia Real Estate Blog: Columbia Pike Street Car project-Are you a fan?

Most people to seem to have an opinion on the Columbia Pike Street Car. You love it or hate it. Costs have clearly spiraled upward. However, as Arlington has put more support behind Coumbia Pike development we are beginning to see the results of those efforts in restaurants, stores, and new construction. Being a fan of mass transit I have continued to support the trolley project but I do wonder how other folks feel as the costs have risen. Here is some information on the project. I'm curious as to what others think.
